Transducer Signal Conditioners

The ATi 4000 Series Transducer Signal Conditioner unit features a High-Speed Analog Output that is not found on most of the microprocessor based conditioners that are available. The cost competitive device is packaged in a desktop style enclosure and comes with the following standard features:

• High Speed Analog Outputs
• Coarse and Fine Zero and Span Controls
• Backlit 3 ½ Digit LCD Display
• User Selectable Filter Cutoff Frequency
• 8 Pole Analog Output Filter
• Internal 5 Volt Excitation
• 120 VAC or 12 VDC Operation

The 4040SC model has has a Front Panel Shunt Calibration Switch and is compatible with Quarter, Half and Full Bridge strain gage circuits as well as, most strain gage based transducers including load cells, torque transducers and pressure transducers.

Millivolt output transducers up to ±1 volt can be used with the 4041SC-L model. The 4041SC-H model is for any voltage output transducer with any range up to ±10 volts. All three of the above models include a 5 volt DC excitation supply.

The 4042SC conditioner is designed to be compatible with most ICP type accelerometers and includes a 1 mA constant current supply.

Temperature measurements can be input to the 4043SC for type J or K thermocouples the 4044SC for thermistors or the 4045SC for 3-wire 100 ohm platinum RTDs.

The 4046SC can be used with 0 to 20 or 4 to 20 milliamp output type transducer and has a built-in 24 volt DC current loop power source.

A variety of analog output options are offered including 0-2, 0-5, 0-10, ±2, ±5 or ±10 volts and 4-20 mA. User specified, custom filter cutoff frequencies are also available on request.
