| ATi Systems
are
typically used to transmit data from rotating shafts or machinery to a
stationary receiver. The 3000 Series Transmitters can be connected to
most any type of rotating sensor in order to transmit measurements, while
the system is running. Power is supplied to the Transmitter
by a nine volt battery or by the Model 2030i Induction Power Supply for
continuous operation. The Model 2010B or 2010i Collar Assemblies will
clamp directly to a shaft and house the Transmitter and battery (or
induction power converter). The Model 3022-M4 Receiver Modules include
a dedicated analog output per channel. The unit can be powered from 12
VDC or 120 VAC. |

- Collar Assembly:
The Model 2010B or 2010i Collar Assemblies provide a convenient means
of attaching the 2040-M Series Transmitter to a rotating shaft. A
cavity houses the Transmitter while another cavity houses a battery
supply or Induction Power circuitry. Models are available for dedicated
shaft sizes or to cover a range of shaft sizes.
- Induction Power
Supply (optional): The Model 2030i IPS delivers power through
a stationary loop antenna to an antenna embedded in the collar. This
power transfer provides long term, uninterrupted measurements with no
batteries.
- Automatic
Turn-On Option: automatically applies power to the
Transmitter whenever any vibration or rotation is detected. Power to
the Transmitter automatically ceases 20 minutes after vibration or
rotation is no longer detected. For use with battery-powered
Transmitters.
